how can i set up a vacation calendar in outlook for my staff to make entries
on and share with others?

Hi Angela

You'll need to tel us quite a lot more before we can give a relevant answer:

What version of Outlook?
Are you running Exchange server software?
Are all users connected to the network?

Anything else you think may be relevvant (we can't see over your shoulder).
