If you have a question about Microsoft Access, please post it in the big
textbox. You're talking to volunteers (not Microsoft employees nor to a search
engine), so post enough information about what you're doing that someone might
have a chance to help.

Default won't take my product key

I think I know what this person is trying to say. I had a similar problem.
When I downloaded my trial version of Microsoft Office 2007, I forgot to get
my product key because I did not know I needed it. Just recently I learned I
it, and I requested one. The first product key I requested did not work, so
I requested another one. Neither of them worked, so I am about to lose my
software. Please help me.

I wish I could, but I don't work for Microsoft, have never downloaded the
trial version, and have no idea how to install it without a product key. All I
can suggest is contacting Microsoft directly, or just buying a retail copy.
