Default is there a way to get statistics from the calendar?

Hi,
I see a lot of students through the year and I need a record of the following:
name, number, course
how many appointmemts there were
how many were attended/missed

I have to provide statistics for the year and up till now have just had to
go through each appointment and record these things by hand

is it possible to do this using Outlook Calendar?

You could Export to an Excel spreadsheet. The "missed" appointments
would have to be noted somehow.

If you decide to go with the Excel solution, you can use a 3rd party
tool called WinCalendar to import Google calendars into Excel. Then
using Excel formulas you can get statistics.
This is also a good way to import many calendars into one file for
archiving. A free version of WinCalendar is available. For more info

If the calendar is in Outlook, you can use a table view with the fields you
need and copy and paste it into excel to work into stats. This shows the
basic method: http://www.slipstick.com/Tutorials/copyto/excel.htm
