Default Can't change background colour on reports or forms

Reports from an Access database we have created contain a
grey background colour which I am unable to change or
override to white or any other colour. I have tried
changing the report properties of various sections without
any luck. Even though I change the background colour to
white, grey still appears. How can I override the
existing background colour?

By any chance did someone set the picture property of the report to a
color? If so, delete the picture. It's on the Format tab. It should
say (none).
