Default Shared Excel File

Hello,

I created an excel spreadsheet in 2007, which I then shared in the office to
other users. The file had drop down menus in some boxes. Some users in the
Office is Lotus Symphony. After some of the users using symphony opened the
file and made a few changes, excel now does not open the file correctly. Is
this a compatibility issue with excel and symphony? Has symphony inserted
code into the original which excel now cant handle? The file still opens fine
for the symphony users, only the excel users are affected
