drag & drop: how to:
Hello,
I have seen a database with a form with a control on it where user can drag & drop other files from desktop or other locations and the file was then saved into the database. Could someone give me some more deep explanation on how to implement this feature? Would this require other than VBA knowledge? Thanks, rocco |

See whether what I had in my January, 2004 "Access Answers" column in
Pinnacle Publication's "Smart Access" is enough to get you going. You can read the article on-line at http://www.vb123.com/kb/200401_ds_drag.htm or you can download the column (and sample database) for free at http://www.accessmvp.com/DJSteele/SmartAccess.html -- Doug Steele, Microsoft Access MVP http://I.Am/DougSteele (no e-mails, please!)
