Default Sharing Calendar from desktop to laptop - Outlook 2000

I have tried to share my calendar from my desktop to my
laptop, via email. It sends out, and the laptop message
has been accepted but all the information sent to my
laptop does not show up. I have correctly set it to the
calendar. Am I wrong, or should all my appointments from
the desktop show up on the laptop? Both are running
Outlook 2000, although the OS on the desktop is Win2000
and on the laptop it's WinXPPro but I doubt that has
anything to do with it.

I really don't want to copy the complete .pst file over as
I'm not receiving my emails on the laptop - I just want to
sync the appointments for when I go out to see clients - I
do have a palm but thought that sharing the calendar
should be the simplest way to do it.

Can anyone help me please?

Thank you,

Kathie

Further to this message - I've discovered I can enter a
diary entry on the laptop and it updates the calendar on
the desktop, but not the other way around.

it seems that you are trying to use NetFolders.
For a site with information how to install NetFolders have a look on this
site:
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/netfolders.htm

Maybe you get more information from the slipstick website.

For other synctools (Third Party tools) have a look on this site:
