Merge from Excel
I got the Merging work, but I have a small problem.
In my excel sheet I have X amount of names, that are signing the sheet that is being merged. __________________________________________________ _________________________________ Insert merged name here DATE Sometimes there is one person that needs to sign, or sometimes ten, any way to like create that text if a field in the merge has text in it? Like some advanced if(Second Person != "", some more stuff here) Thanks, ask if you don't understand, I will try to clarify it more. |

Hi Rishi,
If the additional signatory names are in separate fields, you can use and If...Then...Else field to insert the line plus a manual linebreak and the mergefield plus the date. -- Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the benefit of others who may be interested.
