Default Setup

Bought my system 2 years ago. I have windows xp with the
2002 versions of Word & Excel. Got a great price and
bought Office Pro 2003 with Powerpoint & Publisher added.
When I stick the CD in, nothing happens. When I go to
explore and look in D drive to install there, it says
that there is a setup in process and can't install until
setup finished. I get error code 1500. Any solutions.
