Default how do I add rows on excell using the =sum function

i have 100
200
300
about 7 numbers and I would like to know how to add them.
=sum (g1-15)?

Default how do I add rows on excell using the =sum function

If your numbers are in the range G1 to G15 try it like this:

=SUM(G1:G15)

When you need to reference a range of cells think of the colon as the word
"to". G1 to G15 = G1:G15.
