Default Install Error Message

Brand new purchased WXP Professional--brand new hard
drive--brand new purchased Office 2003.

Error message 1335 regarding cabinet file being corrupt.
Knowledge base gave 3 suggestions--none worked and I am
still unable to install.

Any other suggestions or what is causing this???

Sorry, didn't give enough info---install problem was with
OFFICE 2003!

Thanks! I had already tried all of those "fixes" but
nothing has worked yet. I appreciate the response and if
you hear of anything else, give me a post!
