Default Office XP install fails with Windows XP SP2

We have installed Office XP on all our corporate PCs, and are currelty
testing Windows XP SP2.

The SP2 installs OK, but a new PC refuses to install Office XP from the
network share, or CD, with the error message "The installation source for
this product is not availalbe. Verify that the source exists and that you can
access it."

Uninstalling Windows XP SP2 allows the installation of Office XP.

Our Standard build requires that the OS has the latest Service Pack applied
before any applications are installed.

How can we achieve this now!!
