Default Current week at top of monthly calendar

When montly calendar comes up the current week is always
at the bottom of the screen. How can I get the default to
be at the top? I look at what's coming not what's past.

Thanks.

Outlook always has the current month in view, you can't change it except by
changing to the 5 or 7 day view.
