Default Loss Program Icon

Hi,
I just installed Outlook 2007, all went well until I tried to create a
shortcut on the desktop. The icon changed from the Outlook icon to something
else but the program still works. How do I get the Outlook icon back.

Which method of creating the shortcut did you use?
Did the original icon change or the shortcut icon?
Tried recreating the shortcut already?
