is it possible to "lock" toolbars in place?
Every time I start outlook, the toolbars are in "default" positions and take
up 4 rows. I move them where I want them , and taking up only 2 rows. Is there a way to "save" the layout and positions so that next time I close and restart outlook the toolbars are where i want them? |

Remembering the toolbar position is up to the add-in that added them in the
first place. Quite a bit of add-ins ignore this though. To lock them into place you could use a 3rd party tool called FixMyBars; http://addins.howto-outlook.com/outlookstuff_fixmybars If the vendors of the add-in, which add those toolbars, say that their add-in do remember their toolbar position, then reset the the toolbars by renaming outcmd.dat to .old.
