Default outlook 2010 and hotmail account

i access my hotmail account using outlook 2010. when i exit outlook my
hotmail account is still open or accessible. can i close my hotmail account
using outlook or do i manuslly have to close it from my web browser?

Default outlook 2010 and hotmail account

When you configure your account via Outlook, closing Outlook will also
prevent Outlook from accessing the data from the Live Hotmail account. That
has nothing to do with whether or not you can still access it via the
browser.

If that is not what you meant, you might want to clarify yourself a bit more
;-)
