Default Multiple Calendar NO-STICK in Outlook 2k3

I have two calendars side by side enabled in the calendar
view. Problem is every time I open outlook 2003, the
multi-calendar view is not retained. I have to always
select the second calendar to view. I would like to have
both calendars open by default when Outlook is started.

How?
