Default cannot receive specific e-mail

Cannot receive e-mails from one specific person in Fiji Resort. Some of her
e-mails to us just "vanish" others come back to her saying that our Inbox
has over 4000 e-mails an is full (not so). It is not a typing problem on her
end as she just clicks Reply, composes and clicks Send. I had my ISP
(Charter) check my 2 accounts for any existing filters, etc. Nothing on this
end to block her specifically. My e-mail works just fine with everyone else.
Is there something under Options in OE for her check? I sent her an e-mail
asking if she has any filters, firewalls, new software, etc. that may have
inserted my e-mail addresses inadvertently. Waiting for a response. Seems
weird as this is a Resort Manager that surely uses e-mail extensively for
reservations, bookings, etc. I know their Internet Cafe uses Outlook Express
so I assume that is what she also has. Any ideas would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you, Steve T.

A few notes.

The message she gets saying that your Inbox is full would refer to your
mail server Inbox (at your ISP) and not your Outlook Express Inbox. If
you have web mail access you can check what's on the mail server. Check
with your ISP for any limits that they have for volume of messages on
the server. With some ISPs, the limits include what's in the spam and
trash folders.

If she uses Reply, that gets the e-mail address from your message. Look
in your OE at Tools, Accounts, Mail, Properties, General. If anything
is in the Reply to field that gets used, otherwise the E-mail address
there gets used. You mention having 2 accounts. Each account in OE has
its own settings. Possibly one of your accounts has incorrect settings.

You seem to indicate that some of the messages from her get through. If
you look at the Message Source (Ctrl-F3) you can tell what mail program
she is using. Look for an X-Mailer or User-Agent header.

If she is using Outlook Express and the message ends up in her Sent
Items folder, then it made it out of Outlook Express. About the only
thing at her end that could cause some messages to go missing would be a
malfunctioning anti-virus program set to scan outgoing messages.

If messages are getting filtered, it's more likely at your end. Check
your Blocked Senders list as well as Message Rules at Tools, Messages
Rules.

I checked with my ISP, Charter Communications; and there isn't anything on
their server that would limit a reply from the sender to me. Total volume
was checked by the ISP and nothing was found by them.

If she uses Reply, that gets the e-mail address from your message. Look
in your OE at Tools, Accounts, Mail, Properties, General. If anything is

Yes there are 2 accounts. One is mine and the other my wife's. On my User
side, my address is listed as
the return account. On my wife's User side, her address is listed as the
return account. Both addresses are correct.
I meant to state that the sender has e-mailed to both accounts with the same
result.

You seem to indicate that some of the messages from her get through. If

Sorry, but none of the messages got through to me or my wife. By getting
through I meant they (some) returned
to the sender with the error message as stated. Some of them ended up in her
Inbox, but others did not. An
implication, to the Sender; that they were received by us. None were ever
received by us so I cannot use
(Ctrl-F3).

folder, then it made it out of Outlook Express. About the only thing at

She receives our messages and I have asked her to check several items
including your recommendation.

your Blocked Senders list as well as Message Rules at Tools, Messages
Rules.

I have been running Mailwasher Pro for several years and she is not on my
Blocked Senders list. I have no Message Rules
and she is not on OE's Blocked Sender's List.
