text wrapping issue...

i'm designing a web site with the latest version of
publisher. when i insert pictures into text boxes
(checking the appropriate wrap boxes, excluding "through"
or "none") the text seems to wrap appropriately. however,
when i preview my page in my we browser (whether IE or
netscape) the pictures appear pasted over the text. what
am i doing wrong?

You are doing nothing wrong.
Versions 2002 and 2003 do not support text wrapping images in web
publications.
