Default Report Question

I created a query that counted the number of cards a person received. I want
to create a report based on that query that would look similar to this:

1 Card
Bob
Sue
Jan
Jack

2 Cards

Dan
Mike

3 Cards
Scott
Amy
Jill

Any ideas?

Thanks
