I cannot print from a website.(Error has occurred in the script on this page
Line 639 etc. I have been informed to ensure 'Unicode UTF8' is selected in
the View - Encoding menu of OE. How do I ensure this remains selected. It
always returns to Western.

Might want to look at these articles first. For future reference, it helps
us to help you, if you post the complete, and exact error message you get
when you encounter a problem. Otherwise, we're left guessing and often our
crystal balls are in the shop being "polished."
