Default Contacts/Calendar Sharing

I do not have the "shared network" Is there any other way for us to share the calendar and contact information? In our previous version of Office we were able to do this

In Outlook 98/2000 you can "share" the calendar/contacts with netfolders as
an email synchronization, but in Outlook 2002/2003 Netfolders are no more
supported.
