Default Reset autonumber to zero

Hello,

Is there a method to reset the autonumber back to zero in the tables that contain the autonumber field.I have populated the tables with entries to test it out and now i would like to reset the autonumber.Is this possible?

Delete all records from the table, then do a compact and repair.
