Default Access Conversion Toolkit

Is it safe to download and run Conversion Toolkit to convert files to
Access2003 that were saved from Access97 as Version2000 files?

It's safe the use the tool. It won't convert for you: just lists possible
issues.

A simple, unsecured database that was originally created with A97 will
convert without too much trouble, though it may need a decompile.
