Access Conversion Toolkit
Is it safe to download and run Conversion Toolkit to convert files to
Access2003 that were saved from Access97 as Version2000 files? |

It's safe the use the tool. It won't convert for you: just lists possible
issues. A simple, unsecured database that was originally created with A97 will convert without too much trouble, though it may need a decompile. -- Allen Browne - Microsoft MVP.
