Default Top row of excel stays even in sorting

I need a header in the top row of my excel worksheet so that even when I sort
the data the top row remains the same.

2003:-
DataSortMy Data Range As Check the “Header Row” Option Button.

2007:-
Press Alt+D+S the Sort Dialog Box will appear Press Alt+H which will select
the “My Data has headers” check box.
