Default Fill in form question

I have made some forms to send out to clients in Publisher and I have a
couple questions. 1- How do I convert my publisher forms into Adobe?
2- Once I get the forms converted, I will need the customer to be able
to fill in the form and send it back to me. Can I do that? If yes, how
do I do that? 3- I am creating an online newsletter starting in April,
can I create it in Publisher and convert it into Adobe? THANKS!
