Default Selecting specific dates for reports

I am trying to make my reports by looking at specific date ranges. I saw how
this was done in one of the sample databases, but was unable to duplicate it.
It will be on a monthly basis for ease of filling out expense reports. The
error I get when I open the report says "Compile error: Sub or Function not
defined" and the debugger opens up. Any ideas?

Unless you tell us what you are doing, it would be hard to help you with
that error.

The simplest way to do this is to include criteria under your date field in
the query like...

Between [Enter Start Date] and [Enter End Date]
