Default product key

I enter my protect key and it does not want to take it. The first letter it
X and I think that the program is reading it like E, because it sometimes
tells me that E is not a letter in the product key.

Are you entering the right code? (I'm not talking about mistyping - I mean
the code for the correct product.)
