Default PowerPoint COM Utility for website?

We are building a website using PHP on IIS.

We're looking for a way to allow a visitors the ability to select any
number of individual PowerPoint slides, and then be able to download a
dynamically built presentation containing their selected slides.

Does anyone know of a COM object or other utility that can handle this
requirement? I have looked at Aspose (and have sent them an email) but
they look to be primarily .NET oriented.

You'll probably have to automate PowerPoint itself.
