Default cross functional flow chart

I am using Visio 2003. I have a cross functional flow chart. At the
top of the chart it always puts a title bar. Is there any way that I
can delete that or reformat it? We have a standard header that we use
for flow charts.

Use the mouse to select just the header part of the frame, menu Window
- Show Shapesheet
in the Height cell type =GUARD(0)

Default cross functional flow chart

During the creation of the Cross Function Flow Chart there should be a box
for the title bar, when left unchecked it should leave out the title bar.
