Default Access 2003 (Active X/ hyperlink/ drop-down list)

I just start learning Access 2003. I created a new database of customer info
(phone/fax/address) & an Access page for end-user to search in this database

my questions a
1. Every time end-user open the Access page, the active X control will
pop-up. How can I permenantly allow active X?
2. One of the fields is hyperlink. Can end-user open the hyperlink in new
window?
3. I created a drop-down list box but it doesn't link to the data in
database? I'd like when area "NJ" is selected, all customers info under "NJ"
to be shown.

Thanks for your help in advance.
