I just bought my daughter a new laptop for xmas. As I have used the 3
licensing on 3 devices. My question is how do I transfer the license over to
her new laptop so I can install it.

thx

As long as you decommission one machine, you can use the telephone option to
activate.

Matthew

You remove it (uninstall) from 1 of the computers and install it on her new laptop.
Then use the Telephone activation and explain the current situation as what you did
exactly
