Auto send and receive

Default Auto send and receive

I have outlook 2003 set to send and receive every 1 min but its not happening!
the only i can get mail is if I do a manual send and receive.
any suggestions?

Increase the polling time to 10 minutes. If you have more than one account,
it is probably stepping on itself trying to poll every 1 minute.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Darryl asked:
