When I insert the student and teacher edition it does not start. Nothing

try going to Start, My computer, and where it shows the CD drive with disk,

I tried to do whay you said but a message that said

Installation not starting
You were looking at your computer's files, not the CD. Do a browse and look

There is no D or E drive, which is weird because there were some yesterday.

I did that but it shows that there is nothin in the drive even though the

Can you see anything an any CDs? Pop in a music CD and see if it plays.

No it doesnt play. It is like the student and teacher edition disk. Nothing

Then I would start to look at a faulty CD drive.
