Default Getting rid of the blue squiggly line?

I can't get rid of the blue squiggly line when in Outlook/Word which is
something to do with formatting. I've unchecked "keep track of formatting"
in Options/Advanced but its still there. Any clues please?

You also need to clear the check on "Mark formatting inconsistencies".

In Word 2007 I believe a blue wavy line also indicates "contextual spelling"
