Vertical Label
I want a vertically oriented text label. I went to www.lebans.com and
downloaded AccRotext.zip. I opened my Access 2003 database and followed the instructions to drag 'custom' to my toolbox and made a new control 'ROTATE' with an 'ON Action' property of =fRotext(). I made the label in design view of my database and set the tag property to 90. When select the label and then click on the ROTATE button in my tool box the error message returned is 'Expression you entered has a function that the (database) can't find'. How do I get the database to recognize this ROTATE function? Paddler |

Vertical Label
Hi,
the sample database from www.lebans.com would have had some code and functions on the Modules tab with names like clsCommonDialog, modRichEdit etc. You need to import all those modules into your database, do a save and compile, then the error should disappear. I think Lebans could save people who use the rotate text function a lot of grief if he mentioned the need to copy the module. Thanks again Paddler |
