Default Font not in color when I email PDF

I did a quick search on my problem and came accross this previous thread.
"Bill Q" & I have the same problem. How do you go about "selecting a color
printer" for
your publication? To clarify, graphics and clipart are in color but the font
is all black.

The following is the question and answer to "Bill Q".

I have designed pages in publisher, when converted to pdf file there is no
font colour? The pictures I have attached have colour but not the font. Any
suggestions please?

Do you have a color printer selected as the default? Are you using the
Microsoft add-in? Have you used the Publish as a PDF as opposed to the save as a
PDF? There are free third party converters around. www.primopdf.com is one.

We are using PrimoPDF at work and it's super for those who don't have Office
2007----in that version you can save it as a PDF with no problem.......
