Default "blue screen" crash with Outlook 2003

My problems began when we upgrade our Exchange server to MS Exchange Server
2003. I was using Office XP Professional and in my outlook I started
developing problems while using Outlook. The following errors began occuring:

I started getting "free/busy error notification" from my server. After
getting that error -- I would not be able to:
1) open e-mail attachments
2) make changes to my calendar -- add or move appointments

If would then close Outlook, and re-open the problems would disappear but I
would have to log in further onto my server. My IT person said that she was
receiving an error message on her server that I had over 500 folders open on
my Outlook.

She implied that it was a software problem and incompatibility between
Outlook XP and the exchange server. So we upgrade to Office 2003 and Outlook
2003.
Installation went OK but the same errors returned. I closed Outlook and
re-opened it and then I got a "blue screen" crash of my computer. Should we
be looking at the server or my computer/software. Help!!

Look at updating your video drivers.
