Change your search Parameters to search all mail items rather than the
highlighted folder. This will allow you to search all folders in your outlook
tree. If you have archived files to search, if you select search options you
can set it to search your archives as well.

Default Search both mailbox

I think my outlook is 2007 and i don't have the way to change search
parameters. Everytime i do any kinda search it will only search on my
mailbox. There's another one wich is a public one.
My question is:what's the best way to search on that mailbox.
Tks again for all your help
Pedro
