Default How do I NOT join the CEIP?

On most new installations of Office I've done, an icon appears in the system
tray asking the user to join the customer experience improvement program.
However, when you click on the icon the radio button for not participating is
greyed out - ie the only option is to join.

Is there a way to remove this icon WITHOUT joining the CEIP?
