Open email, but leave unread
Hi, I started using Outlook 2007 at the office. I manage 2 inboxes: mine and Help Desk. The volume of daily emails is very high. Sometimes I just want to quickly read an email and move on to the next one for prioritization reasons. Is there a way to double-click open an email but leave it unread all at the same time? Is there a key + mouse combo for this? Thank you, H -- hecresper http://forums.slipstick.com |

Open email, but leave unread
Off the top of my head I can't think of a way to do that, but you could use
the Reading Pane to read the messages and just configure the Reading Pane to not mark messages as read. -- -Ben- Ben M.
