Office Home and Student 2007 Installation Error
On a recently purchased laptop, I uninstalled the trial version of Office,
however the laptop powered down half way through. Although in Control Panel/Programs I no longer see the trial version of Office, so seemingly the uninstall completed. Now when I attempt to load my Office Home and Student 2007 version, I type in the Product Key which it accepts, the install commences, and then backs out with the message "Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 encountered an error during setup". I am running Windows 7.
