Setting a critera
If I set the [enter date][end date] criteria in a query and would like to
print the report it is asking me for every customer [Enter date] [end date]. I just wanted to give a criteria for display items in a period of time for all customers. Why do I have to enter it for each record? I tried it with a [enter customer ID] criteria and it's the same. |

If you are asked this over and over, I expect you are using the parameter
prompts as the Record Source of a subreport. Consider abandoning all parameter prompts in favor of values from controls on forms. -- Duane Hookom MS Access MVP -- "Amateur" wrote in message ...
