exponents for scientific notation in excel
In an Excel chart axis (for example, in an XY scatter plot with a log axis),
I would like to write a number with superscripted notation (and retain its numerical value rather than have it be "text"). As far as I can tell, the only way to write 1000 in scientific notation in a chart, is as 1E+3. I would like it to read 103, with the 3 superscripted. |

I think that with time we scientists will start to write 1.23E-5 in place of
