Default Org. chart, how to assign theme colors to shapes?

I have made an Organization Chart out of an Excel sheet. In this chart there
are Executives, Managers, Consultants etc.

When I apply a Theme to the chart, all positions get the same color.
However, I want all Executives to receive e.g. the Accent 1 color, all
Managers the Accent 2 color, etc.

How can I assign a certain color to a certain shape? So how can I tell Visio
to always take the 'Accent 1' color to fill the 'Executive' shape, the
'Accent 2' color to fill the 'Manager' shape, etc? (like styling an HTML page
using CSS).

I do know I can assign theme colors by hand, but this is not convenient at
all, because I would have to do it every time I generate the chart out of
Excel data.

Thank you!

You can change the colour on the shapes Master. So the next time you create
the orgcharts, it will use the modified shapes.
