Default Booklet printing/margin problems

A small child turns to Ed, and exclaims: "Look! Look! A post from Don
Schmidt Retired !"...
Here in the colonies the most common sizes a
8˝"x11"
8˝"x14"
11"x17" = would be used for a booklet size 8˝"x11"


I believe it's an oversized size - for full bleed printing without the extra
equipment.
A bit like A3+

Jon there are no issues whatsoever with Publisher and page sizes and never has been.
Nothing is a non-standard size in Publisher, all you have to do is have a printer driver installed that supports that size.
You may also want to look at Serif PagePlus which does not require you to have a printer driver installed that supports the page size. All the regulars here use PagePlus as well as Publisher.
