You can do this via a mail merge.
See http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/mailmerge.htm

If you want to do this for every mail by default, then you can use this
add-in;

Hi Steve,

There is a program especialy designed for this called Easy Mail Merge
which can be used to send personalized email messages to a group of
people from Outlook contacts or any distribution list, including csv
files.
It is very easy to use and you will find it practical.
You can find it at www.emailaddressmanager.com

Regards,
Andrei
