Default Outlook Select Names List

Hello,

I am running Outlook XP with all the current updates. I'm
having a problem regarding the Select Names List which
can be accessed by clicking the To: button on new email
messages. When this dialog box is invoked, it will freeze
the entire application. By clicking START in the Windows
toolbar and going back to the application, it will
unfreeze.

What can I do to resolve this problem?

Not much to go on here. Need more information. Did the Outlook address book
ever work? If so, when did it stop? Have you changed your configuration in
any way? Does it work from the Toolbar?
Have you tried removing the Outlook Address Book Service, restarting
Outlook, and adding it back?
