Rebate?
There is a rebate for the "upgrade" from previous office versions to Microsoft Publisher 2003, but Office 2003 isn't listed in eligible products, while previous versions of office are. I have Office 2003 Standard Edition, and I need to Add publisher, and it seems like I should be able to take advantage of the upgrade price... can I?

Rebate?
You aren't "upgrading" Office 2003, you are adding to it. You upgrade from
