Default emails with outlook

What settings do I need to adjust to be able to save my emails on my server
email application when I open them in Outlook? I want to be able to get to
the emails from any computer, not just the one I open them initially open
them in Outlook.

All depends what your email server is and which mail account type you are
using for it.
IMAP, Exchange and Live Hotmail all are 2-way-sync mail protocols. Since
POP3 is download only, all you can do for that is to configure it to leave a
copy on the server so you can download it somewhere else as well.
Downloading other folders or uploading changes or Sent Items is not
supported by POP3.
